Fairglen Homes Limited is a registered member of Tarion in good standing and shall comply with all warranty requirements.

1. Purchaser's choice of colours and materials from Vendor's samples, if not yet ordered or installed, provided that the colours and materials are available from the suppliers and provided that the Purchaser shall not delay construction in making choices. Purchaser agrees to select the colour and materials in seven (7) days after notification from the Vendor, otherwise the Vendor reserves the right to choose the colour and materials to complete the dwelling and the Purchaser agrees to close the transaction with the Vendors choice of colours and materials.
2. Vendor warrants to clear the property of all debris and leave the house in a clean and broom swept condition on or before closing.
3. The Purchaser acknowledges that finishing materials contained in any Model Home or Sales Office Display, including broadloom, ceramic flooring, hardwood flooring, marble flooring, upgraded kitchen cabinets, stained staircase and railing, painting, wallpaper, cornice mouldings, pot lights, electrical fixtures, etc., may be for display purpose only and may not be of the same grade or type, or may not necessarily be included in the dwelling unit purchased herein, unless expressly called for in this agreement.
